How to qualify

Conditions

1. The offer. A one-off $20 bonus for each of the first 10 drivers to qualify. It is not a competition or a game of chance, and nothing has to be bought.
2. Who is eligible. New drivers who register between 2 November 2026 and 30 November 2026, are approved to drive on the Tuckero platform, and live within reach of an area where Tuckero currently offers jobs (at the moment, Maryborough and Hervey Bay, Queensland). Anyone registered as a Tuckero driver before 2 November 2026, including as an app tester, is not eligible.
3. Documents within 14 days. Your driver licence, police certificate and vehicle insurance must all be uploaded to your profile within 14 days of the date you registered (the date recorded on the platform). A document counts as uploaded on the date you upload it, as long as Tuckero then accepts it as current and readable. If a document is not accepted, we tell you why, and you can upload a replacement within the same 14 days.
4. This is a bonus condition only. To register and start driving, you still need only your driver licence, and your police certificate within 14 days of approval, as the Driver Agreement says. Uploading your insurance is required for this bonus, not for driving with Tuckero.
5. The first 10. Places are given in the order eligible drivers complete step 2, by the date and time their last document was uploaded. A driver who misses the 14 days does not hold a place, and it passes to the next driver who qualifies. The number of places left is shown on the driver sign-up page.
6. What counts as a delivery. A job counts when it is marked delivered, or returned to the pickup for a customer-side reason (treated as completed under the Driver Agreement). Jobs that are unassigned, cancelled, or failed through the driver’s fault do not count. Jobs booked by you, or by someone using your address, phone number or email, do not count.
7. Deadline for deliveries. Complete 5 counting deliveries by 11:59 pm AEST on 31 December 2026. If you were online and available but there were not enough jobs for you to reach 5, we extend your deadline to 11:59 pm AEST on 31 March 2027.
8. Payment. The bonus is paid with your next weekly PayID payment after your 5th counting delivery, once your ABN and PayID are on your profile (both are needed before any payment, under the Driver Agreement). One bonus per person.
9. Tax. You drive as an independent contractor, so the bonus is part of your business income and you are responsible for any tax on it. If you are registered for GST, the bonus includes GST. Tuckero reports its payments to drivers to the Australian Taxation Office each year, as courier businesses must.
10. Misuse. If a bonus is obtained through false information, false documents or arranged deliveries, we may refuse it or recover it. We tell you first and give you a chance to respond.
11. Changes. We may end this offer early only if it cannot reasonably continue, and we will say so on this page. Any driver who has already met all the conditions is still paid.
12. Earnings. Delivery fees range from $7.50 to $35.80 per delivery by road distance, and the fee for each job is shown before you accept it. Neither this bonus nor the fee range guarantees any number of jobs or any income.
13. Your information. We use your registration details, documents and delivery records to check eligibility, prevent misuse and pay the bonus, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not name or picture bonus recipients publicly without their written consent.
