Pick the option that suits how your business already works. You can change option later. Your payment terms are written into a one-page Partner Schedule before you start.
1. Your customers book and pay through your link
First to launch
Best for shops, cafés and organisations that want to offer delivery without handling delivery money.
- You get your own Tuckero link and QR code to put on your website, receipts, counter or social media.
- Your shop is fixed as the pickup. Your customer enters their address, sees the price and pays Tuckero by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- You prepare the order; a driver collects it and the customer tracks it live.
- Nothing to set up on your side, and no invoices.

2. You book, and we invoice you weekly
Available now
Best for businesses that send deliveries every week and take orders themselves, by phone, at the counter or online.
- You book each delivery on your own Tuckero partner page. Your shop is the pickup and the price shows before you confirm.
- Every Sunday evening we email one invoice for that week's completed deliveries. It's due within 7 days, by PayID or bank transfer.
- You may charge your own customers any delivery amount you choose.
- Free cancellation until the driver collects the item.

- You book each delivery from your partner page. The price shows before you confirm.
- Your card is saved once, securely with Square, and charged for each delivery when you book it. Square sends you a receipt every time.
- You may charge your own customers any delivery amount you choose.
- Free cancellation, refunded to your card, until the driver collects the item.

4. Delivery inside your own online checkout
By arrangement
For businesses with their own online ordering, who want customers to pay for items and delivery in one payment.
- Your checkout shows Tuckero's delivery price for the customer's exact address.
- Your customer pays you once, for the order and the delivery.
- When the order is ready, it is sent to Tuckero and a driver is dispatched.
- You keep your own payment provider. Tuckero's fee for each delivery goes on your weekly invoice, or is charged to your card if you pay per delivery.
- Set up individually with each business. Talk to us about how your checkout works.
